Important: Please read this refund policy carefully before enrolling in any course. By enrolling, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these refund terms.

1. General Refund Policy

7-Day Trial Period: Full refund available within 7 days of course commencement if you are not satisfied with the course content or delivery.

30% Completion Rule: Refunds are not available once you have completed more than 30% of the course content.

Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days.

2. Course-Specific Refund Terms

Self-Paced Courses

  • • Full refund within 7 days of purchase
  • • 50% refund within 15 days (if less than 20% content accessed)
  • • No refund after 15 days or 20% content completion

Live Instructor-Led Courses

  • • Full refund before course start date
  • • 80% refund within first 2 sessions
  • • 50% refund within first week
  • • No refund after first week

Job Guarantee Programs

  • • Full refund within 14 days if you haven't started the course
  • • Partial refund available within first month (subject to evaluation)
  • • Special terms apply for job guarantee clause (see separate agreement)

Certification & Exam Fees

  • • Non-refundable once examination is scheduled
  • • Full refund if exam is cancelled by Edutechzonce
  • • Rescheduling allowed with 48-hour notice

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • • Registration and administrative fees
  • • Physical materials and hardware (if shipped)
  • • Third-party certification costs
  • • Completed courses or programs
  • • Services already rendered (mentorship sessions, career counseling)

Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days and respond with approval or additional information needed.

Upon approval, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.

5. Special Circumstances

Medical Emergency: Full refund available with proper medical documentation, regardless of course completion status.

Technical Issues: If technical problems prevent course access for more than 48 hours, partial or full refunds may be considered.

Course Cancellation: If Edutechzonce cancels a course, full refund will be provided or alternative course options offered.

6. Payment Method Considerations

  • • Credit/Debit Card: Refunds processed to original card (5-7 business days)
  • • Bank Transfer: Direct deposit to provided bank account (7-10 business days)
  • • Digital Wallets: Refunded to wallet or original funding source (3-5 business days)
  • • EMI Payments: Refund process may involve coordination with financing partner
